Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the PrepVelle website, placing an order, or using any feature or service made available through PrepVelle, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and other users of the website.

02 · Eligibility

Eligibility and Authority

You may use PrepVelle only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use PrepVelle on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.

03 · Website Use

Use of the PrepVelle Store

PrepVelle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the website for lawful personal shopping and related purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You may not interfere with the website, misuse store features, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

04 · Products

Products and Product Information

PrepVelle offers kitchen and countertop appliances across cooking, coffee, beverage, food preparation, breakfast, baking, grilling, preservation, and specialty cooking categories.

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, images, dimensions, colors, features, compatibility details, availability, and other information as accurately as reasonably possible. Product appearance may vary slightly due to display settings, photography, packaging changes, manufacturing updates, or other factors.

Product availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct product information, or update store content when reasonably necessary.

05 · Orders

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We may decline, limit, cancel, or request additional information regarding an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, inaccurate information, product availability, pricing errors, quantity limits, or legal compliance.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been captured, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

06 · Pricing

Pricing and Availability

Prices, promotions, availability, product details, and offers may change without prior notice. The price shown at checkout is the amount used for the transaction, subject to correction of obvious technical, typographical, or pricing errors.

If a material pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we may contact you with options or cancel the affected order and issue any applicable refund.

07 · Payments

Payment Terms

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges for your order.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Those providers may apply their own terms, privacy practices, verification procedures, and fraud-prevention measures.

08 · Shipping

Shipping and Delivery

PrepVelle offers free shipping on all products. The standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 calendar days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier operations, weather, address issues, access restrictions, local conditions, high-volume periods, and other events outside reasonable control may affect delivery timing.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an address error, request assistance as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after an order has entered processing or carrier handling.

09 · Returns

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

PrepVelle offers 30-day free returns. Return requests should be started within the applicable 30-day return window.

Products, accessories, manuals, packaging, and included components should be kept together whenever reasonably possible. For damaged or incorrect items, clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label may be requested to help review the issue.

Exchange options depend on product availability. In some cases, a return and new purchase may be the appropriate solution. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, although the payment provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

10 · Discounts

Promotions and Subscriber Savings

After a successful email subscription, PrepVelle provides an automatic 15% sitewide subscriber discount. No discount code is required, and the benefit is not limited only to a first order.

Selected promotional products may receive an automatic 20% discount while the applicable promotion is active.

Promotional terms, eligibility, duration, exclusions, and displayed savings may change. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions have no cash value and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash.

11 · Ownership

Intellectual Property

The PrepVelle name, branding, page design, store layout, written content, graphics, logos, and other original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or commercially exploited without authorization, except where law permits.

Product names, trademarks, images, or materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

12 · Conduct

Prohibited Uses

You may not use PrepVelle to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.
• Submit fraudulent orders, false information, unauthorized payment details, or deceptive requests.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, data, or website functionality.
• Introduce malware, harmful code, automated abuse, scraping tools, or unreasonable traffic that disrupts the website.
• Interfere with security features, payment protections, rate limits, or website integrity.
• Use website content or data for unauthorized resale, commercial exploitation, impersonation, or misleading activity.

13 · Third Parties

Third-Party Services

The website may rely on or interact with third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, carriers, hosting providers, and other service providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

PrepVelle is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, content, or policies of third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

14 · Disclaimer

Service and Product Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Product use should always follow the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings, care requirements, and safety guidance. PrepVelle does not replace manufacturer instructions or professional advice concerning electrical, food safety, installation, health, or appliance operation.

15 · Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrepVelle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the website, delay, interruption, loss of data, loss of profits, or reliance on website content.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

16 · Responsibility

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or fraudulent activity.

17 · Governing Law

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage customers to contact PrepVelle so that concerns can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved informally.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from using any court, agency, dispute process, or remedy that applicable law requires to remain available.

18 · Severability

Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later.

19 · Updates

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, technology, business practices, or legal requirements. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.

Continued use of PrepVelle after updated Terms take effect means you agree to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
