The Robot Coupe R2N Ultra is a powerful continuous feed food processor built for high-volume vegetable prep. Process up to 90 pounds of vegetables per hour with its direct drive induction motor and versatile cutting system.
Features a large 12" square hopper and smaller 2-1/4" cylindrical hopper for flexible feeding. The vertical bowl attachment handles chopping, mixing, pureeing, and dough kneading, while the continuous feed system manages slicing, shredding, grating, and julienne work.
Includes two standard discs (2mm grating and 4mm slicing) with compatibility for up to 23 optional discs. Removable dishwasher-safe components and an ON/OFF pulse button provide convenient operation and cleanup. UL and cUL listed. 1 hp motor, 36 lbs.
